Our story starts in Mexico, when I was just a boy my grandmother once told me that when the food is too salty, the Chef might be in love, if it is too spicy, then the Chef is probably angry. Ruiseñor tells a story with each dish it serves. The concept of Mexican emotional cuisine embraces emotions, positive as well as negative, as an integral part of the creative process, where they are transformed into delicate and delightful flavours. We want you to feel the emotion that inspired the creation of every dish. Therefore, you will be surprised with a menu especially selected, where all the emotions will be conveyed whereas a traditional à la carte menu can only describe the facts and we want to tell a story.
